Though we’ve worked hard to keep costs down for kids attending Irie Camp Jamaica, some of our campers need help through a scholarship and we try to support them when we can.
We invite you to help build the Delroy A. Gordon Campership Fund.
The late Dr. Gordon was a cultural advocate and an early supporter of our camp's mission. The campership fund, established in his honor, directly provides needs-based camp scholarships to children facing difficult financial circumstances.
Our Color for a Cause campaign is there to help spread awareness of our camp in the hopes of reaching individuals and organizations willing to make a donation to build the campership fund. Download any of our free coloring pages, share it, color it in, post to your favorite social media platform with a link to this page. Better yet, get the kids to do the coloring!
Whether you say "Every mikkle mek a mukkle," or "One one cocoa full basket," every little bit helps.
Make a donation by clicking the “Donate” button on this page. While your donations are not tax deductible under U.S. tax law, they will help to send another child to a camp where they will be welcomed into the warmth of a proud people.
Scholarship applications are now closed but will reopen in April 2020.
